Clay Aiken, Alec Baldwin, Harry Connick Jr., Gloria Estefan, Rachael Ray, and Anti-Gravity with the Lombard Twins will join previously announced guests Liza Minnelli, Kathy Griffin, Jane Krakowski, Alanis Morisette, and Ne-Yo on Rosie O'Donnell's upcoming NBC variety special Rosie Live, to air at 8pm on Wednesday, November 26 live from New York's Little Shubert Theatre.

For this one-night event, O'Donnell will bring back the grand tradition of the variety show format to television for this special, which will feature a topical monologue, musical production numbers, and comedy sketches.

O'Donnell starred on Broadway in the first revival of Grease and Seussical and was the producer of the musical Taboo. She is best known for her Emmy Award-winning talk show, The Rosie O'Donnell Show and for her year-long stint as a co-host on The View. She is also the ambassador for Kids' Night on Broadway.
