Ashley Brown's Speak Low to Be Released on iTunes November 10

Stage star Ashley Brown's debut solo recording Speak Low will be released on iTunes on November 10. The disc, from Ghostlight Records, will be available in stores on January 12.

In addition to the title track, the disc includes new arrangements of classics such as "My Funny Valentine," "I'll Be Seeing You," "My Only Love," and "The Very Thought of You," as well as a medley of the standards, "Smile" and "Make Someone Happy."

Brown originated the title role in the Broadway production of Mary Poppins and is currently starring in that show's national tour. In 2010, Brown is scheduled to appear with the Baltimore Symphony, the Ottawa Symphony, the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Pensacola Symphony.
