Tony Award winners David Hyde Pierce and Chuck Cooper, along with Tony Award nominee Dee Hoty, will provide entertainment at the Active Theater Company's inaugural Gala on October 18 at 7 pm. The benefit event, chaired by Gareth Lake, will be held at the restaurant Del Posto.

In addition to the performances, the evening will feature a silent auction which will include custom made shirts, hand sewn ties and a free wardrobe consultation from Viktoria Horvath of the Tom James Company.

Proceeds from the event will help to support the group's 2009-2010 season which will include Lee Blessing's Two Rooms (December 3-12), Barry Harman and Keith Herman's musical Romance, Romance (February 18 - March 7), and William Donnelly's Magnetic North (May 6-16).
