Maggie Gyllenhaal, Hugh Dancy, Rupert Everett, and Jonathan Pryce will star in the new film Hysteria, centered on the invention of the vibrator in Victorian Era England, according to Variety. The film is written by Stephen Dyer and Jonah Lisa Dyer and will be directed by Tanya Wexler.

Gyllenhaal will appear in CSC's Three Sisters and appeared Off-Broadway in Uncle Vanya and Homebody/Kabul. She received an Oscar nomination for Crazy Heart, and her many film credits include Nanny McPhee Returns, The Dark Knight, and Secretary

Dancy's New York stage credits include The Pride and Journey's End, Everett recently starred in the Broadway revival of Journey's End. Pryce won the Tony Award for Miss Saigon.
