This season, a host of Great White Way favorites will make the transition to the small screen. Tony Award nominee Vanessa Williams, who spent the past four years on ABC's Ugly Betty, will become the newest resident of Wisteria Lane on the network's popular drama Desperate Housewives.

Cheyenne Jackson will be one of the many Broadway veterans on FOX's hit series Glee when he joins the show's cast as the director of Vocal Adrenaline.

Gretchen Mol, who co-starred in the Off-Broadway production of The Shape of Things, is part of the starry ensemble of Martin Scorsese's new HBO drama Boardwalk Empire set in 1920s Atlantic City.

Alfred Molina, a 2010 Tony Award nominee for his performance as artist Mark Rothko in Red, will be part of NBC's new procedural Law & Order: Los Angeles.

Three-time Tony Award nominee Martha Plimpton will star in FOX's new dysfunctional family comedy Raising Hope.

Tony Award nominee Zeljko Ivanek returns to television in NBC's mysterious new drama The Event.

Trust star Bobby Cannavale, an Emmy Award winner for his work on Will & Grace, will co-star alongside Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, and Bridget Moynihan in CBS' new drama Blue Bloods.

Julia Stiles, who appeared on Broadway last season in David Mamet's Oleanna, will be a recurring guest star on Showtime's award-winning series Dexter.

Marcia Gay Harden, who won the Tony Award for her work in God of Caranage, will reprise her Emmy Award-nominated portrayal of Federal Agent Dana Lewis on NBC's Law & Order: SVU this season.
