George Hamilton will once more play Billy Flynn in Chicago, first in the show's national tour stop in San Diego, September 4-9, and then on Broadway from September 10-October 7. Hamilton previously played the role in 2001 and 2002.

Hamilton's many film and television credits include The Light in the Piazza, Where the Boys Are, Love at First Bite, Zorro, the Gay Blade, and The Godfather III.

As of September 9, Chicago will star Tracy Shayne as Roxie Hart, Brenda Braxton as Velma Kelly, Rob Bartlett as Amos Hart, Adriane Lenox as Matron "Mama" Morton, and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine. Brian McKnight will succeed Hamilton as Billy Flynn on October 8.
