Ashley Kate Adams, Drew Gehling, Nicholas Marinucci, William Ryall, AJ Shively, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Jarrod Spector, and Allison Strong will star in the York Theatre Company's developmental reading of The White Rose, to be held June 16 at 3 pm. Jonathan Cerullo will direct, with music direction by Adam Wiggins.

Featuring book and lyrics by Jenne Wason and music by Alan Cancellino, the musical is about a group of university students who chose to speak out against the atrocities happening in their country in Munich in 1942.
