Zoe Caldwell Set for April 22 Barnes & Noble Appearance

Four-time Tony Award winner Zoe Caldwell will join author Mary Z. Maher for a special event celebrating Maher's Actors Talk About Shakespeare, to be held on April 22 at Barnes & Noble/Lincoln Triangle at 7:30pm.

The book, published by Limelight Editions, is a collection of interviews with Shakespearean actors such as Kevin Kline, Kenneth Branagh, Derek Jacobi, and Stacy Keach, among others.

Maher will talk about the acting secrets revealed in her book and interview Caldwell, who has performed in and directed many of the Bard's plays, including King Lear, in which she appeared opposite Charles Laughton, Othello with Paul Robeson, and All's Well That Ends Well with Dame Edith Evans.

Caldwell won Tony Awards for her performances in Slapstick Tragedy, The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, Medea, and Master Class.
