Participating artists have been announced for the July 9-13 session of The Open Jar Institute, an opportunity for theater students to connect and learn one-on-one from the top professionals in the entertainment industry.
During the session, junior high students will have the chance to participate in workshops and master classes in acting, singing, dance, audition techniques, all designed to prepare the students for a successful theater career.
The session's professionals will include Tony Award winners Susan Stroman, John Kander, and Joanna Gleason.
Additional artists will include John Tartaglia, Will Swenson, Ashley Brown, Tina Marie Casamento, Bob Cline, Stacia Fernandez, Jennie Ford, James Gray, Nina Goldman, Rachel Hoffman, Thayne Jasperson, Stephen Kopel, Jeffrey Nauman, Chris Nichols, Nancy Opel, Jay Rhoderick, Arbender Robinson, Kaitlin Shaw, Scott Taylor, David Thompson, Max Von Essen, John Walton West, and Jeff Whiting.
The institute will also offer sessions for high school students (July 23-27) and college students/ young professionals (August 6-10).
