Well versed in the idioms of Jazz Standards, Broadway, Blues, R n B and Popular Style-alike, Ms Applewhaite brings to the stage an expansive wealth of experience and repertoire that-along with her melodic, resonant and well-seasoned vocal instrument-will both excite and mesmerize you, with its honest and knowing delivery.

With an extensive and impressive list of credits that include USO Tours; the Borscht Circuit; King Arthur's and the Parakeet (Brooklyn); The Other Place (Canton, Ohio); Conrad's Cloud Room at LaGuardia Airport; and most recently - "Don't Tell Mama's and Danny's Skyview (in the Broadway Theater District) - to name just a few. Ms Applewhaite claims a musical pedigree that establishes her re-emergence as one to be eagerly anticipated… Backed by her long-time musical director, associate and friend- the formidable Danny Holgate and his Quartet, Ms. Applewhaite(who also has her debut CD in the works) is standing on the cusp of her long-awaited musical rebirth, and is primed and ready to jump into her bright new future with daring new goals-and 'Gossamer Wings.'
