Women's Project & Prods' 25th Anniversary: First Looks Free Reading Series is a celebration of 25 Years of placing women Center Stage. Schedule: Monday, February 17: Birdy, adapted by Naomi Wallace from the novel by William Wharton; directed by Lisa Peterson. "There are birds tracks - And nothing in the sky; - Something lived, left, - And left something." (Wharton). Monday, March 10: Eleanore and Isadora: A Duet of Sorrows, written and directed by Diane Kagan. An imagining of the summer Eleanora Duse and Isadora Duncan spent together seeking refuge from their career-ending losses and devastating sorrows. Monday, March 17: Before Death Comes for the Archbishop by Elaine Romero. The sweeping story of Padre Antonio Jose Martinez, a Northern Mexican priest at the time of the U.S. conquest, who at every important moment in his life betrays his true passion and his true heart.
