WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Watkins Glen Revisited features The "Band" Band, Reflections, + The Peach Project, replicating the 1973 Watkins Glen lineup of the Band, Allman Brothers and the Grateful Dead. REFLECTIONS cover the music from all incarnations of Jerry's bands including the Jerry Garcia Band, Old and in the Way, Legion of Mary and of course the Grateful Dead! THE PEACH PROJECT is a six piece band comprised of some of the tri-state areas premier musicians performing a tribute to the music of The Allman Brothers Band. The band's members, individually and collectively, posess the instrumental and vocal fire, creativity, and musical professionalism to render the music with the electricity, emotion and nuance of the original. Response to their live shows has been ecstatic and their fan base is growing rapidly. Older fans who were there at the Fillmore East in 1971 when it all began, as well as the younger generation of ABB fans who frequent the "jam band" scene have been moved by the Peach Project's authentic and passionate renderings of ABB classics. The members of The THE BAND Band are veteran professional musicians who have played on the national stage for over 25 years. They share a love for the music of The Band, and formed this tribute band for the sheer enjoyment of playing their songs. By covering all the well-loved favorites, as well as a broad selection of lesser-known songs, they showcase the astounding breadth and depth of The Band's distinctively original "roots rock" music.
