'25 to Watch' choreographer Nelly van Bommel brings her trademark blend of theatricality, humor and physicality to the Baruch Performing Arts Center stage for the fifth New York City season of her company NØA DANCE.

Van Bommel's movement style, full of large, sweeping phrase as well as intimate, subtle gestures, is at the forefront of Vinok, set to the throaty voices and complex rhythms of Muzsikas and Lo Cor de la Plana. Performers bounce through a series of jaunty episodes exploring community rituals and practices. Van Bommel's quirky blend of theatricality, humor, and humanity creates an endearing microculture of rare and tender eloquence.
