The journey starts in Berlin with Ute Lemper's root repertoire of Weill and Brecht, the Berlin Kabarett and the Yiddish songs. It continues into the poetic universe of the French chanson from Piaf to Brel through the back streets of the big cities from Paris to New York where ancient ghosts with new faces tell stories between yesterday and tomorrow. Ute explores her own tales in her words and music as a continuation to this voyage through time. Presented by Earl Dax.
