Lawrence Goldhuber premieres his new work Trellis, a dance piece that chronicles a passage of time through three dancers' coupling and de-coupling. The architecture of two bench trellises serves as semiopaque walls through which the characters separate and observe one another in circular progression. Performed by Roy Fialkow, Lawrence Goldhuber, and Siri Petersen. Music by Geoff Gersh and Skeeter Davis. Goldhuber has been surprising dance audiences for 25 years since his tenure with the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company. His decade dancing with that company earned him a 1995 NY Dance and Performance (Bessie) Award.
