WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Trevor Nunn's ensemble company, including Frances Barber, Romola Garai, William Gaunt and Ian McKellen, now arrives in London for an 8-week season at the New London Theatre.
Chekhov's masterpiece, The Seagull entwines comic and tragic situations in the lives of a famous actress, her son and their lovers. As the young strive for fulfillment, their older counterparts look back to youthful dreams that remain unrealised.
