You've seen the Jack Black movie, now see the real thing. The School of Rock All-Stars features students from the original Paul Green School of Rock Music performing classic rock favorites. Before there ever was the School of Rock movie, Paul Green operated The Paul Green School of Rock Music - a performance based, interactive music school in Philadelphia for kids 8 to 18 years old. With a strict regimen of classic rock (and a little Buddhism along the way) Green gives kids the basics - scales, chords, rhythm and breathing exercises. He pushes the students to deliver accurate renditions of old hits, never offering easier arrangements or shorter versions. Playing with a combination of professional skill and gawky teenage charm, the students have performed in over 350 concerts for over 100,000 people. Doors open at 5:00 PM.
