The Playboys Of The Western World are New York's premier yacht rock, classic rock, and 80s cover band. Comprised of five strapping port-town-grown lads, the Playboys are an authentic and authoritative voice on the NYC cover band scene. With grooves as heavy as a barnacle crusted anchor, and voices as smooth as a pacific breeze, you can rest assured that the sacred yacht rock repertoire will be done justice by this band. Since the spring of 2008 they have consistently packed the house at Arlene's Grocery and Kenny's Castaways, and have sold out two Rocks Off Concert Cruises. The Playboys are good clean fun and are ready to muster on deck and rock your party! The Playboys Yacht Rock setlist includes faves from Michael McDonald, Steely Dan, Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, Toto, Huey Lewis & The News, Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross, Steve Miller Band, Todd Rundgren, Billy Joel, Orleans, Tears for Fears, Robert Palmer, Peter Gabriel, Player, The Eagles, Lionel Richie + Roxy Music
