WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
On Wednesday, October 15th, Comix presents The Hysterical Festival "Kickoff Show" featuring stand-up, sketch, musical comedy, videos and improve from I Eat Pandas (UCBT), The Apple Sisters (Comedy Central, People's Improv Theatre), burlesque star Miss Saturn (Ars Nova), and Livia Scott (Late Night With Conan O'Brien, Comedy Central's Motherload). Hosted by Michelle Buteau (Last Comic Standing).
The Hysterical Festival is a celebration of fearless female humor launching in New York City in the fall of 2008. The festival will showcase the wide range of ways in which women are hilarious and aims to both entertain and break new ground for women in the comedic arts.
