WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Thank You Tibet! A Celebration of Tibetan Culture is a very special evening with Nobel Peace Laureates Jody Williams and Shirin Ebadi, Laurie Anderson, Philip Glass, John Giorno, Michael Imperioli, Bobby McFerrin, Elizabeth Lindsey, and Tibetan and non-Tibetan performers which celebrates the endurance of Tibetan culture over 50 years in exile.
Philip Glass will play the piano accompanied by images from Martin Scorsese's movie, Kundun.
