Best known for his associations with the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, the Jazz Composers Collective, and his own inventive groups, composer and multi-instrumentalist Ted Nash enjoys an extraordinary career as a performer, conductor, composer, arranger, and educator, receiving high praise from both critics and audiences worldwide. Featuring Ted Nash (reeds), Frank Kimbrough (piano), Rufus Reid (bass), and Matt Wilson (drums), the Mancini Project celebrates the diversity of the great composer Henry Mancini, whose most memorable compositions include the theme for the "The Pink Panther" film series, the score for "Breakfast at Tiffany's," and the classic song "Moon River," along with various other songs and scores for film and television.
