Producers Margo Lion, Nelle Nugent, and Victoria Lang participate in the first of a new series of talks with theater professionals sponsored by TheaterMania.com. The inaugural program, titled So You Wanna Be a Producer? is moderated by TheaterMania's chief drama critic, David Finkle.

Margo Lion is a producer of the Broadway hit Hairspray and is currently helping to bring the Off-Broadway hit Caroline, or Change to Broadway; she has also produced Broadway's Jelly's Last Jam and Triumph of Love. Nelle Nugent is producing the current Broadway revival of Sly Fox and has worked on nearly 50 other productions including Cyrano de Bergerac and Much Ado About Nothing. Victoria Lang is now producing Johnny Guitar and the West Coast premiere of her Off-Broadway success Matt & Ben; earlier this season, she produced Listen to My Heart: The Songs of David Friedman.
