Tony Award winners Michael Cerveris and Anika Noni Rose join Metropolitan Opera singers Andrzej Dobber, Dmitri Pittas, Olviia Gorra, Raul Melo, and Courtney Mills for the Shakespeare Society's Shakespeare Goes to the Opera.

The event features scenes and arias from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Othello, and Macbeth. Adrian Noble, the former artistic director of the Royal Shakespeare Company and the director of the Metropolitan Opera's upcoming production of Macbeth, provides commentary. Craig Ruttenberg, the Metropolitan's director of music administration, is the evening's pianist.
