WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Sarah Mucho has been highly successful as the lead singer of the acclaimed rock band System Noise. Her take on the David Bowie album, The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars, was in demand for well over a year after opening and still left audiences crying for more. This show was part of the award winning cabaret series Under the Covers and was nominated for a 2005 MAC Award.
Subterranean Circus is a contemporary cabaret that explores the current state of humanity. Sarah Mucho, with Bobby Peaco, shares stories, lessons and fables through a variety of music including songs by Tom Waits, Simon & Garfunkel, Bjork, Neil Young and the Kinks.
