Composer/producer Paul Schwartz has created a musical phenomenon with State of Grace, a collection based on traditional religious texts which blended vocal, choral and orchestral elements with his trademark affinity for seductive ambient grooves (also heard on his bestselling CD's, Aria and Earthbound). The response to the recording--which was Billboard's No. 11 best-selling New Age CD of 2001 -- led naturally to the concept of his new release State of Grace II: Turning to Peace, featuring Carlos Santana playing guitar on "Curacion". Paul now celebrates the release of State of Grace II with his first ever live performance. State of Grace II is based in part on the Magnificat and the Stabat Mater,and highlights the ethereal vocals of longtime Schwartz collaborator Lisbeth Scott who will perform with Paul at this show.
