WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
ringfinger features Lestat's Patrick Mellen and his take on the same-sex marriage debacle. He sings an array of pop, jazz, Broadway standards and rock songs including: Nina Simone's "Be My Husband;" Nellie McKay's "I Wanna Get Married;" Nine Inch Nails' "Ringfinger;" Stephen Sondheim's "Marry Me a Little;" Britney Spears' "I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman;" the Dresden Dolls' "Coin-operated Boy" and many more. ringfinger features back-up vocals by the bridesmaids, Lucy Sorenson & Leannis Maxwell. DJ Salisbury directs.
All proceeds benefit Marriage Equality New York.
