WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
If you've always wished Newsies would open on Broadway, ask yourself "What Would Brian Boitano Do," or if the words "Cool Rider" causes you to break out into song, then head over to the Zipper. Each Saturday night they're hosting mass sing-alongs of your most beloved guilty pleasures: Newsies, Southpark: Bigger, Longer, Uncut, and Grease 2. At NYMF's Midnite Movie Musicals, you'll discover what happens when alcohol, Broadway-aficionados, and songs from the silver screen mix. It's just like karaoke, only better.
Movie Musical Sing Along is presented as part of the 2007 New York Musical Theatre Festival.
