WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A loving tribute to the remarkable career of Petula Clark, Moira Danis: Beautiful Sounds touches on all aspects of the Legend's art, from the recording studio to television to Hollywood and to the stage, and including both well-known and rare songs. Working with brilliant musical director Wells Hanley (with whom she recorded her debut CD, I Wish), Moira makes the songs her own. The show is directed by Gerry Geddes, with Wells Hanley on piano, Rubin Kodheli on cello, and Brian Griffin on percussion.
