WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
In Miss Gulch Returns! -- Barton's delicious Valentine to the lonely and unwed -- Barton portrays the hapless piano bar entertainer Fred Barton who one night meets Almira Gulch, the notorious bicycle-riding dog-snatcher from Kansas, who, strange as it sounds, has harbored a secret desire to perform as a torch singer all these years.
