Back by popular demand, cabaret star Mary Cleere Haran returns to the Oak Room at the Algonquin. Her new show in honor of the Richard Rodgers centennial, Falling in Love with Love: The Rodgers & Hart Story looks at some of the wonderful lesser-known songs that Rodgers wrote with his first partner, Lorenz Hart, as well as a number of their most beloved standards ? ?Dancing on the Ceiling,? ?Where or When,? and ?The Lady is a Tramp,? among others. These will be linked by Mary?s ever-witty and distinctive insights into the life and times of Rodgers & Hart; the songs will be enhanced by new arrangements by Richard Rodney Bennett.
