WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This show is a response to the recent LGBTQ youth suicides and violence.
...The youth showcase will be a safe space for LGBTQGNC youth to express issues of sexuality, race and gender expression, and facilitate an intergenerational discussion on homophobia/transphobia. The goal of the show is to celebrate the beauty of being queer identified and also making youth aware of the fact that they are loved, accepted and embraced.
Proceeds of the show will go to The Trevor Project (www.thetrevorproject.org) a suicide prevention program for LGBTQ youth.
