WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Marjorie S. Deane Little Theater at the West Side YMCA will host several of Broadway's best for its May 10th Little Theater, Big Dreams Cabaret. Proceeds from the 8 PM event will go to the theater and the West Side YMCA's current and future arts programming.
Among the performers lending their talents are Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde, Miss America 1998), Matt Cavenaugh (West Side Story, A Catered Affair), Jenny Powers (Grease, Little Women), Amy Justman (Company, White Christmas) and Felicity Claire (Mamma Mia). The evening will also feature Amalgamate Dance Company and the West Side YMCA's tiniest talents, Kids Company. Kids Company members will join the Broadway stars in several show-stopping numbers including "King of New York" (Newsies) and "Bye Bye Blackbird" (Fosse).
