WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Composer Daniel Bernard Roumain presents principal songs and selected scenes from Lenox Avenue, a hip-hop musical (works-in-progress) based on his life and experiences in Harlem living just off of Lenox Avenue. The songs are drawn from the full-range of African-American musical expression, including hip-hop, rock, jazz and the blues.
