Kyler England's strong soulful voice has been compared to Sarah McLachlan and Patty Griffin, but Kyler has a style and charisma all her own: gorgeous, organic, pop music that speaks to you like a close friend. Her full-length "Simple Machine" marks her 5th studio release and follows a remarkable collection of award-winning songs to date. Unisong, Mid-Atlantic, and North Carolina songwriting contests have earned her recognition by the International Acoustic Music Awards, the Indie Acoustic Project, and Music Connection Magazine. Her songs have appeared in the TV shows "Ghost Whisperer", "Army Wives", "Guiding Light", "Zoey 101", "Rollergirls", "Paradise City" and the film "The Lucky Ones." She has played 100 shows a year for the past 5 years, including the Bere Chere Festival and the Toronto Film Festival; and has opened for Sting, Annie Lennox, Kelly Clarkson, Melissa Etheridge and Avril Lavigne to name a few. Her Simple Machine CD Release Tour spanned the country in Fall 2008.
