There isn't a better or more underrated rock band representing the Lower
East Side right now than New York City Smoke. Headed up by Howie Statland,
the band's second full length is a loving testament to the city.

From the drug-addled ruins of Delancey Street in the early '90's to the Bodegas of
gentrified Brooklyn. He even does a killer cover of Bob Dylan's "Wanted Man"
to boot.
