Hero: The Musical

This production was absolutely magnificent! I was swept away by its majestic beauty and fascinating storyline. The music was mesmerizing as were the extraordinary singers and dancers. Each scene was presented in a riveting manner and the staging was nothing short of amazing! Watch for the scene in which one of the plays heroines poignantly sings between two train cars. You will never forget it! I loved this musical and was deeply affected by it long after I had left the theater. A must see!

GORGEOUS!

Simply STUNNING! Best show Ive seen in years! a MUST SEE!!!!

HERO

RE:Hero

With Broadway-quality production values, "Hero" tells the story of An Chunggun--and his rag-tag group-- who lead the Korean Resistance Army in its struggle to free his homeland from Japanese occupation. Set in the early 20th century and performed in Korean/Japanese with English sub-titles, "Hero" rises to the level of an opera although its billed as a musical with its exceptional singers and actors. Complementing them is a troupe of energetic dancers whose performances range from traditional Korean dance to "West Side Story"-type synchronized sets. The numerous projections are outstanding and, alone, worth the price of admission.
