Joe's Pub at the Public Theater presents it's fourth annual Spring benefit to support its programming, Haunted Heart: An Evening with Renée Fleming and Fred Hersch.

Experience the enchanting Renée Fleming and jazz pianist Fred Hersch as America's favorite soprano reveals another side of her musical personality, in two special performances to benefit Joe's Pub at The Public Theater (9:30 performance also includes a dessert reception with the artists). Fleming shares the intimate connections between music genres, from her college days when she was discovered and encouraged by jazz legend "Illinois" Jacquet to her current approach to classical repertoire. Taken from Ms. Fleming's newest CD for Decca, Haunted Heart, this project is the culmination of a long-held desire to share the musical path she traveled before dedicating herself to classical music.

7pm performance: $150 for reserved table seating, $125 for barstool and lounge seating - ticket includes one drink.
9:30pm gala performance: $225 for table seats, $200 for lounge and barstool seating - ticket includes one drink, also includes post-show dessert reception with the artists. Joe's Pub is an intimate setting of tables, lounge areas, and barstools.
