From the lush depths of Australian composer Peter Sculthorpe's "Mangrove", to his didgeridoo-driven "Earth Cry," to Stravinsky's revolutionary "The Rite of Spring," this brilliant evening of music aligns the primal nature of man with the mystery and moods of mother nature.

Brooklyn-based choreographer Nicholas Leichter and his spirited company, nicholasleichterdance, return to the Brooklyn Philharmonic with world premiere choreography for Stravinsky's potent masterpiece in a powerful evening of music and dance.
