The 4th Annual Dr. Lucky's School of Burlesque returns to Galapagos Art Space for an evening of entertainment and education. Structured around a lecture about the history of burlesque, the evenings' performance features students enrolled in "The History of American Burlesque" at New York University. They never knew education could be like this! Students will perform original acts in the burlesque spirit of parody, humor, and insubordination. Starring guest lecturers and artists from the course including James Tigger! Ferguson, Jo "Boobs" Weldon, Miss Astrid, Rose Wood, and The World Famous *Bob*! Come see what you knew all along: burlesque is savvy, sexy, and smart!
