Dana Fuchs fronts her own tight, deeply soulful band with a raw intensity that shines through in her huge, passionate vocals, her starkly honest lyrics and her fiercely commanding and unapologetic stage presence. Her strong roots in blues, gospel and rock have made her an anomaly in the world of female vocalists/songwriters and her uncanny ability to mesmerize every audience she gets in front of, has won her a large, devoted following in NYC. Her reputation in town led the producers of the off-Broadway smash hit, "Love, Janis" to seek her out for the lead singing role as Janis Joplin where she made even more fans. Dana continues to pack/sell out every venue she plays in NYC.
