WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Damaged Care is a hilarious 45-minute musical comedy, written and performed by two physicians, Greg LaGana and Barry Levy, accompanied by Brad Ross. Damaged Care has been performed across the country and continuously updated since 1996. The show focuses on issues of concern to both health professionals and patients, including health care reform, erosion of the doctor-patient relationship, depersonalization of medical services, overcrowded emergency rooms, and the success of "superbugs." Damaged Care has been featured in the New York Times, on CNN Headline News and ABC Nightline, and elsewhere. After the performance, Dr. LaGana and Dr. Levy engage the audience in a 15-minute discussion about health care issues. There is a two (2) drink minimum per person at Don't Tell Mama. Cash only.
