Alan Ayckbourn's 53rd play is a hilarious satire of television's formulatic programming. Set in the "forseeable" future, stars of television sit-coms have been replaced by "actoids." A brilliant look at comedy and humanity follows a pair of unlikely lovers and their uncertain future.
