Bright Lights is a concert series dedicated to showcasing the work of emerging composers and lyricists in musical theatre. The event will feature the talents of a group of "Out-Of-Towners" including Chicago's Brian Mazaferri, and writing team Alan Schmuckler & Michael Mahler. From Philadelphia, Michael Biello & Dan Martin, and from Washington D.C, the work of Matt Conner. Performers already set to appear are Jared Gertner (Broadway's Spelling Bee, Papermill's Little Shop of Horrors), Jesse Johnson (Glory Days), Randy Redd (Parade, Ring of Fire), and Kathy Voytko (Pirate Queen, The Frogs, Oklahoma). Hosted by the incomparable Billy Bustamante, it should be a night to remember.
