Meet the Ward's, Kirby and Beverly, married for 23 years and counting, all spent in the Musical Theater. To Have and To Hold offers a glimpse into the life and love of a rare breed, the "Song and Dance Team" in the new Millennium. With stories from the road, and their personal spin on music ranging from Gershwin to The Beach Boys (played by their fantastic combo), this husband and wife team put on a show that will leave you wanting more. Kirby's performance as the original Bobby Child in the West End production of "Crazy For You" garnered him an Olivier Award nomination and he can be heard on the Original London Cast recording. In the national tour of the same show, Beverly's portrayal of Polly Baker netted her a Helen Hayes Award nomination while playing the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. They have been partnered onstage and off for more than two decades, but early in their careers, their onstage chemistry led California critic Larry Steckling to dub them "The most romantic couple in southern California".
