WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Ballet Hispanico celebrates its 35th year with a dazzling array of contemporary work, including the world premiere of a Brazilian-influenced "re-mix" of the Orpheus and Eurydice legend choreographed by Alexandre Magno. Maria Rovira's "Tierra de Nadie" returns to the repertory with its restless kaleidoscope of urban alienation in a "strange environment." The program also includes audience favorites by Graciela Daniele, Ramon Oller, Peter Pucci and Sergio Trujillo. The performance on Tuesday, December 6th will highlight the 20-year career of dancer/choreographer Pedro Ruiz.
