WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
An unheard mix of folk, jazz and pop, Andy Guthrie's music is at the same time passionate and controlled, sincere and sophisticated, vibrant and cynical. Guthrie is described by NPR's All Songs Considered and World Cafe as "a singer songwriter with a remarkable voice transcending the traditional mold" and his latest album Milk and Waste as a "brightly textured collection of jazzy pop tunes, gorgeous and beautifully produced, with wonderful harmonies and instrumentation". He will be performing solo this evening on the piano and guitar. TABLE RESERVATIONS: 212-539-8778 Purchase of tickets does NOT guarantee a table reservation; you must call to reserve seats. Seating, as well as standing-room, is available only on a first-come, first-served basis for all shows without a dinner reservation. Two drink or $12 food minimum per person is standard.
