After rocking Carnegie Hall with Bobby McFerrin and holding it down at the Bam for 2 nights as part of the Annual Hip Hop holiday, come experience the nu Urban Indigenous Funk experience at Joe's Pub. The evening will consist of Akim Funk's tuvan throat singing, beat boxing and sound effects downloaded into the electronic drum kit of Swiss Chriss, veteran Hip Hop drummer who just completed his tour with John Legend as musical director and drummer. There will also be guest dancers, tappers, movers and shakers from poppers and lockers to body whackers!

Also, opening the night will be Kevin So, an exquisite vocalist and the composer from the musical Average Asian American (the winner of New York's Fringe Festival '07 for best Choreography by J. D and Akim Funk Buddha).
