NEA Jazz Master Jimmy Heath puts down his sax and picks up a mic for an intimate, one-on-one conversation about his legendary career, his craft and his personal perspectives on jazz.
Joining him will be Joseph McLaren, co-author of I Walked with Giants: The Autobiography of Jimmy Heath and a professor of English at Hofstra University. Spend an evening with a delightful gentleman filled with irrepressible charm, inimitable style and one of the greatest talents in jazz.
