Billy Porter, Jonathan Groff, and More Sing on New Will Van Dyke and Jeff Talbott Album

The album is released today, with a Feinstein’s/54 Below concert planned for September 21.

Songwriting team Will Van Dyke and Jeff Talbott’s debut EP, a collection of their songs called A View of the River is released today. The writers will follow up the release with a concert of their songs at Feinstein's/54 Below on September 21.

The EP features seven pop and theater songs, performed by Tony Award winner Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), Tony Award nominees Kate Baldwin (Big Fish) and Jonathan Groff (Hamilton), and Broadway and off-Broadway stars Abby Mueller (Kinky Boots), Matt Doyle (The Book of Mormon), Tamika Sonja Lawrence (Rent), and Preston Sadleir (Big Love).

The following one-night-only concert at Feinstein's/54 Below will feature songs from the EP and a suite of songs from Van Dyke and Talbott's new musical Imagine Harry. The concert will feature Kate Baldwin, Tony Award winner Annaleigh Ashford (Sylvia), Julia Murney (Wicked), Jessica Vosk (Fiddler on the Roof), Matt Doyle, Taylor Trensch (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time), Tamika Sonja Lawrence, Josh Lamon (Finding Neverland), Preston Sadleir, Jake Odmark (Kinky Boots) and Marcus Neville (Kinky Boots), plus a special guest performance from one of the stars of Broadway’s current hit Hamilton.
