Santino Fontana, Lindsay Mendez, Caisse Levy, and More Set for Wholesale Reading

Producers Jeffrey Richards, Will Trice, and HB Productions will present an industry-only reading of the musical I Can Get It for You Wholesale on Tuesday, June 6. John Weidman pens the revised book, based on the novel and original script by his father, Jerome Weidman. The score is by Harold Rome.
The reading will feature direction by Trip Cullman and musical direction by David Chase. The company includes, in alphabetical order, Katie Rose Clarke, Nick Cordero, Alex Dreier, Christopher Fitzgerald, Santino Fontana, Adam Grupper, Rebecca Naomi Jones, Beth Leavel, Caissie Levy, Lindsay Mendez, Matthew Risch, Steve Rosen, Stephanie Rothenberg, Luke Smith, and Kevin Worley.
I Can Get It for You Wholesale tells the story of a businessman who lies and embezzles his way to the top in the 1930s New York City garment industry. The original Broadway production starred Elliot Gould, Lillian Roth, Marilyn Cooper, and Barbra Streisand in her Broadway debut.
